What does it mean to be stressed?
When we feel stressed out, it seems that pressure is bearing down upon us from the outside world. In this day retreat, we will learn the underlying causes of stress, the source of problems and poor health. By learning to change our perspective, we will become empowered to hold positive, constructive views and gradually experience more and more inner peace and mental space.
