Homemade Ginger Ale and Root Beer Workshop

This class produces a ginger syrup and root beer concentrate to add to sparkling water, creating instant homemade soda. Ingredients will be provided and participants who bring their own jars can take home the syrup to continue the experience beyond the class. Joel Fox is the instructor.
