Photos: Judge Deciding Whether Hotel Surveillance Video Should Be Protected in Giovanni Ramirez Case
Lawyers for Ramirez went to court Monday to argue that the videos from a local Comfort Inn are important evidence.
Attorneys for Giovanni Ramirez are in court Monday, arguing that surveillance videos from an East Hollywood Comfort Inn are needed to help his client establish an alibi.
Attorneys for Ramirez claim that he and his girlfriend checked into a Comfort Inn near the 101 Freeway-- the closest is the one at 321 North Vermont Avenue--on April 1. According to the Los Angeles Times, the attorneys say surveillance videos from the hotel and also from a nearby gas station will show Ramirez had hair and does not fit the description of the prime aggressor in the Bryan Stow beating.

A number of individuals, including his daughter, have also been willing to testify that Ramirez was no where near Dodger Stadium on March 31 when Giants fan Bryan Stow was brutally beaten.
