An argument at Bellevue Recreation Center in Silver Lake Tuesday night involving rival gang members left a man in his 20s wounded in the back and a hand, police said.
The shooting occurred at 8:02 p.m. in the center in the 800 block of Lucile Avenue, said Los Angeles Police Department Officer Bruce Borihanh.
The suspect was described as a male with a heavy build, Borihanh said.
The wounds were not believed to be life threatening, he said.
