LoJack Chase Ends in Dodger Stadium Sunday
An LAPD helicopter picks up the signal from a vehicle in the Rampart Division, kicking off the pursuit.
Sgt. Guillen of the LAPD's Rampart Division. said the chase began just before 9 p.m. Sunday.
That's when a Los Angeles Police Department helicopter picked up a LoJack signal near the border of the Rampart and Central divisions, just west of downtown Los Angeles.
(LoJack is an aftermarket technology that lets police track stolen cars.)

Rampart officers were soon in pursuit of the vehicle.
The Cadillac briefly headed toward Exposition Park, then headed back on the 110 North to Stadium Way where it exited, according to Kevin Takumi of Fox 11 who followed the chase in a media chopper.

About ten vehicles followed the car to the gates of Dodger Stadium before the driver gave himself up "peacefully," according to Sgt. Guillen of Rampart.
The driver was booked at the Rampart Division Sunday night.
