Garcetti Family Gets Stay-Away Order for Intruder

A judge directed a man who had entered the house twice not to come within 100 yards of Council member Eric Garcetti or other members of his household.

An Los Angeles superior court judge told 38-year-old James Pagano on Friday that he must not to come within 100 yards of L.A. City Council president Eric Garcetti, his wife, Amy Wakeland, and other members of their household.

According to the Los Angeles Times, prosecutors in the city attorney's office have filed two counts of trespassing against Pagano.

They said Pagano illegally entered the Garcetti's Silver Lake home twice over the past year--once in March and again last week.
