Silver Lake Howl-O-Ween Doggie Costume Pageant

The Silver Lake Neighborhood Council and the Los Angeles Dept. of Recreation and Parks present the 5th Annual Howl-O-Ween Doggie Costume Pageant.
All dogs are welcome, big and small. This is a free fun family event. Prizes for all who attend.
