Through candid one-on-one interviews, the men vividly describe the realization and acceptance of their sexual orientation and desire, and their experience in a culture defined by masculinity, heterosexuality and violence.

Celebrate, Educate, Stop Hate mobilized in the summer of 2012 to address a hate crime that occurred in Echo Park against two young men perceived to be gay. Celebrate, Educate, Stop Hate meets on the second Monday of every month at 5:00pm at the Cathedral Center of Saint Paul in Echo Park. The public is welcome to attend.
