Poll: Will Dodgers Price Cut Get You Back to the Game?

The team is cutting the price of season tickets and is also adding extra amenities with the aim of boosting slumping attendance. Will you be more likely to buy season tickets now?

Coming off a season of sagging attendance, the Los Angeles Dodgers announced Monday that the team is lowering season ticket prices for next year.

According to the team, the reduced prices will affect 96 percent of the seats at Dodger Stadium, with more than 35,000 seats available for $20 or less in season-ticket packages. Seating on the top deck will be $5 per seat.

The $16 price for preferred field box seating is the lowest it has been in 10 years, according to the team, while preferred loge box and reserve seats are at their lowest prices in 16 and 24 years, respectively.

Season ticket holders will also be given the chance to enter the stadium early and watch batting practice and play catch on the field after select games.
