High Gas Prices This Holiday Weekend

Prices are back around 2008's record-breaking levels.

If you plan on hitting the road this weekend, you're going to have to grin and bear it--at least where gas prices are concerned.

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County recorded its largest daily increase since Feb. 27 Friday, rising 3.7 cents to $3.904, the highest since June 22.

Prices have risen for fiteen days in a row and helped push the average price up from 16 cents in just the last week.
