Thursday Night Confidential is a free monthly live music and burlesque review, inspired by femme fatale and film noir culture, prevalent in Hollywood movies from the 1930s-1950s, and paying homage to L.A.’s Nightclub tradition of days gone by.
Thursday Night Confidential is produced by Marissa Gomez (vocals and band leader of Marissa Gomez and the Ghosts of Echo Park) and Natalie Miller (aka: Prix de Beauté, emcee and organizer of the burlesque portion of the show).
Chosen for its ravishing decor and storied past, the One-Eyed Gypsy provides the perfect backdrop for an intoxicating brew of nocturnal fun! On the second Thursday of each month, the joint gets jumping with some of Downtown L.A.'s elite writers, artists and neighborhood denizens, who create an eclectic evening of unbridled raucousness!
