The Third Big Parade Hits Echo Park at 3 p.m.
Just several hours before the onset of the Rapture, Echo Parquenos can ascend local stairways in an organized fashion.
The Third Big Parade is on, and it’s taking folks on a walking tour of Downtown, Echo Park, Silver Lake and Hollywood stairways for the next two days.
The event will walk Echo Park’s way at 3 p.m., with a short loop that begins at at 3 p.m.
At 8 p.m. folks will gather in Silver Lake for a screening of the infamous Laurel & Hardy short shot at the Music Box Steps.

The Parade continues west Sunday, with a stop at the Silver Lake Recreation Center for a ukelele concert at noon.
The Parade is open to everyone, and folks can drop in and out at will.
