Accomplishment: This seventh grader dances with the GCS company and works hard to succeed in school.
Keys to Awesomeness: Natalie Gomez is a talented seventh grader who dances with passion. (So much so that rubber bands pop right off her ponytail.) Her favorite subjects in school are social studies, writing and most of all math. But when her classes were proving difficult earlier this year, Natalie buckled down and raised her grades.

She’s rightly “proud” of her accomplishment, and the only secret to her success is that she “studied hard.” Natalie also dances at Gabriella Charter School, in class and as part of their company, where she studies hiphop, modern, jazz, tap and her new favorite ballet. Natalie’s philosophy when it comes to dance is simple: “Just enjoy yourself.”
