Kids Show at Griffith Park Planned for This Weekend

"The Missing Faery Light" story is scheduled for Saturday.

An interactive, kids show, "The Missing Faery Light" story, is scheduled to take place this weekend at Griffith Park.

The show includes dancing and singing. Kids will also have an opportunity to participate in face painting, fairy games and a treasure hunt.

"There's nothing like it," said producer Debbie Rothstein. "They come in costume. It just sweeps them away into fairyland."

After the The Missing Faery Light story, there will also be a Fairy Birthday Party to entertain the kids.

The show begins at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 22, at 2333 Fern Dell Place and is designed for kids up to 10, according to Rothstein.

Young children ages 23 months and under get in for free.

The tickets range in price from $15 up to $25.
