Griffith Park Adult Community Club Has Plenty of Offerings for Local Seniors
Classes and other activities seek to entertain and enlighten.
The Griffith Park Adult Community Club is an organization aimed at helping local senior citizens cultivate friendships and remain active.
The club, which meets monthly, coordinates classes, offers book clubs to its members and sponsors community forums.
The classes include Ukelele lessons, a class on writing and Plein Air Landscape Painting and Drawing.

The club, which meets at the Griffith Park Adult Community Center 3203 Riverside Drive, has members from areas, including Echo Park to East Hollywood.
The dues are $15 per year.
