After hearing complaints from neighbors about light pollution caused from the new Echo Park Chevron station Echo Park and Morton Avenues, Councilman Mitch O'Farrell's office said they were able to reach a compromise with the station's owners to help fix the issue. Echo Park's only haunted cavern will hold its final public open house hours beginning tonight at 8 p.m. Each year, Machine Project transforms its Echo Park store into something different and this year, has turned it into a cave complete with plenty of mysterious illusions.
