Delilah Bakery on Market Due to 'Unforseen Medical Issues'

Eater LA is reporting that despite recent upgrades the owner has decided to sell.

 

Delilah Bakery, popular with Echo Park residents, is up for sale

Eater LA reports that owner Genevieve Ostranders says "unforseen medical issues" have forced her to put the bakery and coffee spot on the market.

Asking price is $150,000 for the 950 square foot space and $1,850 lease.

Ostrander claims annual revenues of $375,000, on limited hours.

She tells potential buyers in a one-sheet that expanding the hours to include dinner as well as more catering could take the business sky-high.

Early in the year Ostrander had to make some upgrades after a storm blew down her awning.

Not too long ago Ostrander partnered with realtor Darren Hubert to develop the business.

She also started offering discounts to entertainment industry patrons.
