Echo Park's New Festival Takes Shape

The two-day community coming together of venues, restaurants and merchants popped up late this week after the Sunset Junction Fair was cancelled.
The sewing schol and boutique had already planned a "Sunset Funktion" street sale timed to the Sunset Junction fair, and climbed aboard when Echo Park Rising started taking shape.
