The Dog Town housing projects,More as they are nicknamed, are nestled between the Los Angeles County Jail and the Los Angeles River. The culturally-diverse community houses some residents who have lived there since the units were built. The Resident Advisory Counsel advises the residents and management on various issues pertaining to the complex.
