Week Ahead: Rain in L.A., Yoga in Echo Park, Halloween

1. Fall is here: Expect cold and rainy weather Monday and Tuesday in Los Angeles as a cold system moves into the area. The National Weather Service predicts the greatest chance for rain will be Monday afternoon and evening with a chance of rain on Tuesday as well. Temperatures will be much lower than usual with a high of 63 degrees. Chance of rain Monday is 60 percent.
   
2. From Our Event Calendar: Looking for that extra burst of energy to get you to the weekend? Then you need Yoga Echo Park's Wednesday Evening Energizer, this WEDNESDAY 6:00 PM @ Echo Park Lake!! This invigorating yoga class will give you a great workout well channeling the energy of your chakras.YEP is open to family and friends 16 an older. This 70 minute class is designed for all ability levels. Newcomers welcome! Bring a mat, towel, water, and positive intentions. Donations welcome and appreciated. We meet at Echo Park Lake in the grassy area of the Northeast corner of the park.
