City OKs Beer and Wine at Fix

An associate zoning administrator granted the approval in a letter dated Nov. 10, 2011. Requests for appeal will be accepted until Nov. 28 at 5 p.m.

has received approval from the L.A. City Zoning Office to move forward with its plans for serving beer and wine.

Associate Zoning Administrator Maya E. Zaitzevsky granted the cafe's request for a conditional beer and wine permit in a letter dated Nov. 10, 2011.

Fix's Marc Galucci had faced a long battle with the community over the permit.
