Maruca Medina leads a yoga/pilates session at the Silver Lake Recreation Center every Monday. This unique combination of yoga stretches and pilates power moves will leave you relaxed and rejuvenated. The price ($30 for semster of aprox 45 classes) makes it the best deal in town.
