L.A. Works Service Crawl 2011

In celebration of 20 successful years, L.A. Works will coordinate and manage Los Angeles' first annual service crawl to highlight the importance of service, expose individuals to a variety of issues affecting LA, raise funds to support L.A. Works' ongoing free volunteer programming, and provide our nonprofit partners with volunteer support. Registration will open on Tuesday, September 20th and close on Sunday, November 6th. To be eligible to participate, all team members must pay the registration fee of $20 by 11/06/11.

EVENT DETAILS

WHAT: This exciting and unique form of service is an opportunity for your friends, family and colleagues to get together and support the LA nonprofit community over just a few hours time. Experience a cross-section of nonprofits as your team "Crawls" from site to site solving clues, completing tasks, and competing for some great prizes! Each team will be asked to raise funds to participate (similar to a walk-a-thon-type experience).
