BRAZILIAN SAMBA CLASS ALL LEVELS CARDIO FUN!

The funnest Samba Class in town! Come at least 10 minutes early to secure a spot. This class usually fills up quickly. Lots of fun, lots of calories burned. Very friendly non-competitive environment. Class is taught will all levels of skill in mind. I offered progressions and modifications for every dance step shown, so it is not too hard for beginners but challenging enough for those at a more advanced level. First time students at studio pay only $5.00 This class is all levels, genders, ages, etc... It is a fun way to get your cardio work for the day. We dance Samba, Axe, Baile Funk, Capoeira and more. No experience required. Workout clothes and shoes required plus a towel and a big bottle of water. Shoes to wear: dance sneakers, thin sole workout shoes. Avoid shoes with super thick shoes.
