Unplug: Connect -- A Tech-Free Retreat Day

 “What happens when we unplug our devices for one day and connect with our own minds and hearts?” Shambhala teachers Bill Bothwell  and David Fraioli will ask. The retreat includes sitting and walking meditation, talks, contemplative lunch, group discussion, and an outdoor walk in a nearby park.
