Mindfulness Meditation Day Retreat
Mindfulness overcomes distractions — which are all those thoughts we don’t want to think but can’t help thinking if we have a distracted mind. And having to think unwanted thoughts all day is clearly not a recipe for inner peace and deep fulfillment!
Mindfulness is the ability to remember what we are doing without forgetting, enabling us to stay in the here and now, appreciating and enjoying our life to the fullest.
