Spring vacation starts Saturday, March 24 and continues through Monday, April 1.
March 31 is Easter Sunday.
Students get a bonus Monday off this year to celebrate Cesar Chavez's birthday April 1.
Around Los Angeles and West Hollywood, the Chavez birthday will be observed March 25.
So expect government offices and some other civic institutions to be shut down.
