Echo Park National Night ut will feaure free hot dogs, free activities and speakers including Captain William Murphy from the Northeast Police Division, Alan Yanez, deputy for Senator Kevin de Leon, City Council Member Ed Reyes and Mitchell Frank, owner of the Echo.
