Police Seek Woman in Historic Filipinotown Hit and Run

She hits a man Tuesday at Rosemont and Temple Street and then drags him over 100 feet. The man remains hospitalized in critical condition.

 

LAPD Rampart Division detectives are now asking for the public's help in finding a woman who may have intentionally hit a man Tuesday on Temple Street.

The man remains hospitalized in critical condition with severe head trauma. He was dragged a hundred feet under the woman's car after being struck at Rosemont Avenue.

As previously reported here, Temple Street between Rosemont and Lake was closed for several hours Tuesday atternoon as detectives conducted their investigation, largely at the corner of Roselake and Temple one block east of Rosemont.

A local resident told Patch that the woman and the man may have known one another.
