There will also be a DUI checkpoint Saturday night on Hyperion Avenue in the heart of Silver Lake at Scotland Street from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m.
The first will be Friday in the Valley at Roscoe and Coldwater Canyon. It will start at 8 p.m.
