Person Threatening to Jump from 110 Freeway Taken into Custody

All lanes were reopened Wednesday afternoon.

Police have taken into custody a person who was apparently threatening to jump from a Harbor (110) Freeway over-crossing at 23rd Street near downtown Los Angeles.

Traffic had been blocked in both directions, but California Highway Patrol officials say all lanes have been reopened.
