She sent us the above photo of SOMEONE walking in lanes just east of the Glendale Boulevard off ramp of the 101 Freeway north.
According to a California Highway Patrol operator, the person had parked their car on the side of the road and started walking--in the middle lane.
Our own Facebook commentors referred to the individual as a "he." But CHP reports call the individual a "she."
What IS agreed upon is that the person got out of a car and started walking before finally being wrestled to the ground.
The first calls came in around 6:52 p.m. about the incident.
The individual was finally brought off the road around 7:30 p.m.
He or she had still not been arrested around 8 p.m.
