LAPD Rampart officers were among those who arrested Jorge Dominguez at his home Thursday morning.
Dominguez, 25, was arrested and subsequently booked for one lewd act on a child. His bail was set at $100,000.

Gratts is located on Lucas Street just below Third in the Westlake District.
The LAist says he worked at Gratts since 2004, but was terminated Thursday after his arrest.
The schools will be offering crisis counseling to parents. A parents' meetings are also scheduled for Friday at both affected campuses.
LAUSD Schools Superintendent John Deasy said in a statement that he will work closely with police in the investigation.
