Los Angeles City firefighters needed only 15 minutes to knock down a balcony fire in the 400 block of S. Westmoreland Avenue near Rampart Village on Sunday afternoon.
L.A.F.D. managed to keep the fire confined to the balcony, and there were no injuries reported, according to fire department spokesman Brian Humphrey.
