VIDEO: Halloween Fire Burns at Magic Castle

The famed magicians' hangout says it will be closed for Halloween as a result of the fire.

Just in time for Halloween, a fire broke out in the attic of the famed Magic Castle club at 7001 W. Franklin Ave. in Hollywood. 

The Los Angeles Fire Department first reported the blaze around 12:35 p.m.

According to LAFD spokesperson Matt Spence it took an hour and 5 minutes to knockdown the blaze.

Over 120 firefighters were on the scene at one point.

No one was injured, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.

The LAFD first reported the outbreak of a fire at 7001 W. Franklin Ave., which many on Twitter soon realized was the same address as the historic club.

The club is a historic hangout for magicians and their guests and includes a museum of rare artifacts from the history of magic.
