Cyclist Clipped by Car in Los Feliz
The man was taken to the hospital with a leg injury, but was later released.
A car headed west on Los Feliz Boulevard clipped the back wheel of a bicycle heading east on the same street Wednesday night.
The Daily News reports that the car turned left onto Edgemont Street about 11:30 p.m, hitting the cyclists' back wheel.
Then the car fled, leaving the cyclist with a leg injury.

The cyclist was taken to Glendale Memorial Hospital Health Center, where he was listed in stable condition and later released.
The vehicle was described as a gray Nissan Infiniti G37, partial license plate number 6PIC.

Just last week, the Los Angeles City Council approved a landmark ordinance aimed at giving cyclists greater protection from harassment and assault by drivers and others.
