His alleged assailants are due back in court Friday.

Bryan Stow, of course, is the Giants fan who was beaten at Dodger Stadium on Opening Day 2011. He suffered traumatic brain injury and spent months in a coma.

His two alleged assailants--Louis Sanchez and Marvin Norwood--have been charged with mayhem, assault and battery.

They have pleaded "not guilty" and are scheduled to be back in court on Friday, Nov. 4.

Fate of Dodgers

Meantime, rumors are swirling about who would be likely to buy the Dodgers in a court-supervised auction.

As we reported yesterday, current owner Frank McCourt has agreed to sell the team

Pete O'Malley--of the O'Malley family who brought the Dodgers to Los Angeles--is expressing interest in again owning the team.

A sales price of around a billion dollars is expected.
