Blog: Art Show to Benefit Silver Lake Library

The Glendale Art Association is holding an art show at the Citibank on the corner of Silver Lake Blvd and Glendale Blvd and proceeds will benefit the Silver Lake Library.

The Glendale Art Association is holding its 2012 Spring Salon from May 4 through June 1 at the Gallery in the Citibank building (2450 Glendale Blvd).

The Opening Reception is being held on Saturday, May 5, from 5:00-8:00 pm and will feature music by harpist Xavier Montes, plus gourmet food and drinks.  The juried exhibit features paintings, photography, and sculpture by artists who reside in Glendale and surrounding communities.

This year's exhibit will benefit the Silver Lake Library, which is located just across the street from the show.  The Gallery will be open Thursdays through Sundays from 1:00-5:00 pm.
