Antique Fan Collector's Association Regional Meet

Do you like antique electric fans?  Have you ever wondered if anyone else shares your passion for these well-built, electrical spinning flowers of industry?  You are not alone!  Come and bring that old fan gathering dust in your garage that you've not wanted to get rid of because you think it's cool.  Do you own a fan that your granddad or grandma gave to you that they'd had forever?  Bring that!

You'll meet members of the Antique Fan Collector's Association, a national non-profit organization of people dedicated to the preservation and promotion of an important part of history. Antique fans, whether they be water, air, electric or alcohol powered are excellent examples of the industrial, technological and stylistic advancement of modern culture.

We have over 500 members with a wide variety of backgrounds. Several of our members are in the fan business full time. The average collector has been collecting for 12 years and has 70 fans in their collection. We have 20 members with 20 or more years of experience which proves to be a valuable asset for the Association. The AFCA is a not-for-profit collectors group. Each new member is provided with an AFCA membership directory and a copy of The Constitution and By-Laws.
