Yoga Echo Park presents Wednesday Evening Energizer

Yoga Echo Park - Outdoor Community Yoga - Wednesdays 7 PM - Echo Park Lake

Need a boost to get you to the weekend?  Come to Yoga Echo Park Wednesday Evening Energizer, Wednesdays 7 PM, to bring some energy into your life.  Flow through poses to refresh and restore your body, mind, ans spirit.  Discover the energizing effects of yoga!

YEP invites everyone 16 an older to participate. This 70 minute vinyasa flow class is designed for all ability levels. Newcomers welcome! Remember to bring a mat, towel, and water. Dress accordingly as this is an outdoor class.

Yoga Echo Park will meet in the Northeast corner of the newly renovated Echo Park Lake. The cross streets are Echo Park Ave and Park Ave. Look for the sign and fellow YEPsters. There is a suggested donation of $5 and parking is free around the park.
