Talking about Sexuality with Your Children, Led by Ruth Beaglehole at Echo Parenting and Education

Support healthy sexuality, body image, and self care from the framework of nonviolence.

Every parent want their child to have a healthy sense of their own sexuality and the skills for successful intimacy. So how does this philosophy make room for discussion and contemplation about subjects that are taboo in the dominant culture? What issues to parents have to confront for themselves when issues of sexuality come up? Shame, embarrassment, confusion, lack of information and our own history — just to name a few.

Nonviolent parenting respects and acknowledges that sexuality is an important component of human development. We want to help you build skills and confidence to have these important conversations, ones that will continually change as your children grow from infancy to young adulthood.

We hope to see you at this special workshop as we explore a this rich and complicated topic.

$50 per person, $75 per couple
