Whole Foods to Open on Glendale Boulevard?
Local blogger and realtor Rob Kallick says "yes" in a Tweet Tuesday.
According to Rob Kallick of the blog Take Sunset, Whole Foods will be taking over the Ralph's on Glendale Boulevard.
Kallick tweeted out the word Tuesday evening:

My super top secret inside source tells me the Silver Lake Whole Foods will take over the Ralph's on Glendale.
Kallick is also a realtor in the Echo Park-Silver Lake area, so we are inclined to believe him.

Response on Twitter was immediate and somewhat enthusiastic, though, as one user noted:

Echo Park-Silver Lake Patch stopped by Ralph's last night to try to confirm, but workers could not comment. We will also be reaching out to Whole Foods corporate for details.
The area's been ready for a Whole Foods for a while. The thunderous response to what turned out to be a hoax announcement last year about a location at the former Circuit City on Sunset Boulevard underscored that.
