It might not look like much is going on there at the moment, but the owners of what's to be Echo Park's newest sandwich shop said on Twitter that Trencher's grand opening will happen sometime "in the next few weeks."
Located at 1305 Portia St., just off of west Sunset Boulevard, signature dishes of the eatery are slated to be pulled pork sliders, a brisket sandwich and a fried chicken sammie dubbed The Cadillac, Eater LA reported last month.
Hours will be 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. during the week with late night hours on the weekends.
