New Pet Hospital Opens Next to K9 Loft
A pair of experienced veterinarians move from Glendale to serve pet owners in Echo Park.
There are new docs in town, but these ones are mainly interested in treating the many pets of Echo Park.
Dr. Michelle Zoryan and Dr. Diane Tang are at the helm of Mohawk Alley Animal Hospital, which opened last month at 2162 Sunset Blvd., right next door to K9 Loft.
Featured services for dogs and cats include blood work, teeth cleanings, extractions, X-rays, elective surgeries and emergency treatments, Zoryan said.
She met her colleague when previously working at Arden Animal Hospital for 10 years, where most of her clients were actually from Echo Park.
Zoryan's husband is part owner of K9 Lofts, so she seized the opportunity to open shop on Sunset when the unit became available.
"It was a no brainer, it was an irresistible opportunity," she told Patch.
Mohawk Alley Animal Hospital is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the week, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sundays.
