Mohawk Bend Is Up in Lights

Signs are up at the long-shuttered Ramona theater. Could the long-awaited opening of the vegan-friendly restaurant be next?

As we've written about several times in Patch, everyone's still waiting for the final word on when Tony .

The restaurant and bar has been slowly taking shape in the century-old Ramona Theater, just west of Alvarado Boulevard on Sunset Boulevard.

The site's been empty for years, with several false starts by businesses fizzling out.

We got clue late last week that Mohawk Bend means business, when a couple signs popped up on the theater marquee.
