Los Angeles-based designer Trina Turk revealed her workout secrets in the Wall Street Journal on Monday—and her regime includes classes at two studios in Silver Lake.
Turk said she attends four classes a week between Pop Physique, a ballet barre-barred class, and Pilates Plus, a style of Pilates that combines weight training with traditional Pilates exercises, at Pilates Plus Silver Lake. Both studios are reportedly close to her home.
