Courts Delay Setting Hearing Date for 'Octomom' Nadya Suleman

Nadya Suleman is charged with welfare fraud.

Today's hearing to set a date for a preliminary hearing for "Octomom" Nadya Suleman has been delayed until June 23.

Suleman, who gained fame when she gave birth to octuplets in 2009, is charged with two counts each of aid by misrepresentation and perjury by false application for aid.

Suleman is charged with welfare fraud for allegedly failing to report nearly $30,000 in earnings from personal appearances and video residuals.
