Rescue Pet of the Week: Puka the Lap Cat

Puka is 7, and is named for her soft grey and orange coat that looks like a South Seas puka shell.

Puka is named for her gorgeous coloring.

Her soft grey-and-orange tortoise shell coat looks like a South Seas puka shell.

She's a big girl, maybe 7 years old and just the sweetest lap-cat! Puka and her mom, Nelly, came back to us at Friends of Animals Foundation when their owner, one of our long-time volunteers, passed away. While they are bonded, she could be placed in a home by herself. If you’d like to see this bundle of love, please call 310-479-5089 or emailfoala.adopt@gmail.com.
