According to the EastsiderLA, the incident happened around 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
Officers with drawn guns were seen, as was a man lying in the road with his face down.

Late last week the LAPD's Northeast Division issued a warning that Grant Theft Auto (GTA) was up in the area.
And, according to criimemapping.com, 14 car thefts were reported in a two-mile radius around the 90026 zip code between Sunday, Feb. 12 and Sunday, Feb. 19.
Several of the most recent ones occurred not far from the arrest Sunday night.
One theft happened early Saturday morning near the the Ivanhoe School (2300 Brier Ave.) in Silver Lake.
Another took place Thursday evening in the 4400 block of Sunset Boulevard in Silver Lake.
UPDATE : And a third occurred at Sunset Boulevard and Alvarado Street in Echo Park early Sunday morning.
Silver Lake and Echo Park streets were otherwise unusually quiet Sunday evening, perhaps because of the holiday weekend.
