The billboard above the West Coast headquarters of PETA has already become known for its aggressive messaging on behalf of our animal friends.
The latest, pictured above, is timed to the visit of the Ringling Brothers Circus this week.
The billboard features no images of real elephants--just a cartoon--perhaps in the spirit of PETA's own hopes for the greatest show on earth.
The circus kicked off at the Staples Center Wednesday.
PETA and other animal rights groups plan to protest at every show.
Look for demonstrators meeting at the intersection of South Figueroa and Chick Hearn Court through next Tuesday.
They will be busy this weekend -- with three shows on Saturday and Sunday.
